Shipment
- With any shipping option our cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 12 noon, Monday - Friday GMT.
- Orders placed on Friday before 12 noon and shipped by Royal Mail delivery could arrive either on Saturday or Monday.
- Orders placed on Friday before 12 noon and shipped by DPD Next Day delivery will arrive on Monday.
- DPD Saturday delivery is charged at £15 and the order needs to be placed before 12 noon on Friday.

Free UK Standard Shipping is available on orders over £50 + VAT. Includes Highlands/Islands orders.

Returns
- We will not exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which we dispatched it.
- You must contact us by phone or email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (we recommend you get Proof of Posting). There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods.
- Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address given on our website along with a note of your order number, full name, and the reason for return.
